Chess Club

The after school chess program is available for any student, grades K-5, with an interest in learning to play chess. Chess for the year 2022-23 is held on Mondays and Wednesdays after school until 3:45 (students are placed in one group of the other). Roanoke City School District offers chess tournaments throughout the year for chess club members.
